When you submit an inquiry, New Niagara Homes collects the name, email, phone number and details you choose to provide so that a New Home Specialist can respond to your request.
How inquiries are handled
Inquiries are collected through Netlify Forms and handled by New Niagara Homes to respond to your request. Avoid including financial account details, identification documents or other sensitive information in your message. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
Choices stored on your device
This website stores your selected language and saved homes in your browser. You can remove them by clearing this site's browser storage. Fonts may load from Google Fonts. Builder floor plans are provided as downloadable files.
Your questions and requests
To ask about the information you have submitted, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw permission for further contact about your inquiry, call 289-270-5413.

Shared member accounts
PreconProfit and New Niagara Homes share a member account directory managed through Netlify Identity. Registration collects your name, email and phone number to manage your account and assist with your home search. Your password is handled by the authentication service and is never included in our inquiry forms. Necessary browser storage remembers your login and the number of free floorplan previews. Signing up does not subscribe you to marketing emails. You can log out from My account. To request account deletion or help with your information, email homes@preconprofit.com.
Signed-in website activity
When you are logged in, we link your page visits, community and model views, floorplan opens, and clicks on our phone or email links to your contact record in Follow Up Boss. We use this information to understand your home search and provide relevant assistance. Registration details also create or update your contact record and notify our team by email. We do not send your password, password-reset links, or the contents of forms you have not submitted. Browsing while logged out is not linked to your account through this activity integration. To request access, correction or deletion, contact homes@preconprofit.com.
